The Bayeux Tapestry returns to England
The autumn’s undisputed historical headline is the arrival of the nearly 1000-year-old Bayeux Tapestry at the British Museum, which opened on 10 September. Hailed as the exhibition of the century, unsurprisingly tickets are sold out for this year, however, we have access to a limited number of private viewings.

Frida – The Making of an Icon – Tate Modern, Bankside – till 3rd January 2027

Luminescence at Westminster Cathedral – till the 27th September
We adore an immersive light show that combines sound and vision within a spectacular historic setting, transporting you to magical realms.
The experience transforms the iconic Neo-Byzantine mother church into a spectacular digital canvas, using 24 state-of-the-art laser projectors to map breathtaking imagery across its grand interiors, arches, and over 100 varieties of marble transforming Westminster Cathedral with a dazzling 360° experience like no other.
Together with the breathtaking visuals that envelop the viewer the audience will hear the story of London and one of its most important cathedrals in this specially commissioned script by BAFTA and Olivier Award winner Tim Whitnall, voiced by star of Paddington and Downton Abbey, Hugh Bonneville.
There are live performances from classical music’s greatest composers, brought to life by the phenomenal Lux Aeterna choir.
